Stealing from your employer as an employee.

It is commendable and congratulated to see that the majority of employees who work under employers that own business organisations and commercial Enterprises make it their point of duty to carry out assigned business tasks and duties so as to be able to achieve business goals and objectives as expected and planned . The relationship between the employer and his employee is comparable to the same Bond of relationship between a man and a woman who are about to get married . Trust and honesty is one thing that an employee owes to his employer and should not in any way offend his or her employer .

Majority of employees do not take to heart that it is their sole duty to show trust , respect , and honesty towards their employer and so they show illegitimate and illicit attitude and behaviours like stealing from their employers in order to self gratificate themselves . Some of the things that they could possibly steal from their employer is taking business stock or inventory unauthorized by their employer another way is stealing money made or accumulated as a result of making business sells . Whatever way it is it is advised to show respect and honesty to what your employer , and that have to do with ignoring illicit and a negative behaviours that are not wanted in the business organisation . If possibly a dishonest employee is caught in the act , that could lead to devastating and disappointing repercussion such an embarrassment , mockery by order employees and staffs , and possibly employment expulsion or termination .
