It is commendable and congratulated to see that the majority of employees who work under employers that own business organisations and commercial Enterprises make it their point of duty to carry out assigned business tasks and duties so as to be able to achieve business goals and objectives as expected and planned . The relationship between the employer and his employee is comparable to the same Bond of relationship between a man and a woman who are about to get married .
