1) Don’t get stuck on one product or service. You need multiple revenue streams so that you have something new every year or two (or three).

2) Consider hiring someone else to help with marketing, sales and customer service. Or consider outsourcing all those things altogether.

3) Keep track of all the money coming into your business so that you know where it's going and why it's happening. If something doesn't make sense, change it!

The way we present our product can bring client to patronize us and buy our products but when our products look dirty and unpresentable it may cause us to lose our client and therefore lead to a business downfall.

The other thing to do is to employ people base on the expansion of the business. Employing more people for a small business may cause redundancy among the workers while lack of adequate workers as well can cause inefficiency in the way workers perform their duties as well.
