Sites to teach online

I have been reading about some teaching sites online, that one can actual teach students. I have read good reviews about coursera.org but they sites doesn’t accommodate all countries like my country. So I’m searching for teaching sites that accommodate international teachers. I will like to add teaching to my online portfolio but I’m looking for a site that will be all user friendly.

So have you been teaching online as an online tutor and on an international site that can accommodate everyone. Please share such site or sites here with the minimum amount per hour, as well as the withdrawal method.
