Should You Include Every Job You Have Worked in Your Resume?

The short answer is that you should include every job you have worked in your resume. But there are some exceptions here:
If you have been out of school for a long time, or if you have changed careers, it might be beneficial to leave off the jobs that are not relevant to the position you are applying for. If your current job is very different from the one you held five years ago, then it makes sense to leave off the previous job.

If you held a job that required skills or knowledge that would not help you in your current career path, then it would also make sense to leave off those jobs. For example, if you were a teacher and now want to apply for a software developer position at a company where they require experience with programming languages like Java or C++, then it would make sense to leave off that teaching experience from your resume if it was not relevant to software development.
