In my quest to diversify into other businesses, I have sought for B2B service businesses that I can explore even at a small scale. Some thoughts had come up and one of them was an Accounting Outsourcing Firm. And even without being an accountant, I have been able to float an accounting firm and within two weeks, we have started getting orders.

1) A Certified Public Accountant to handle the core accounting operations.
2) A book keeper that does daily data entry
3) The owner who operates as the sales person and customer support officer.

Equipment and Technology: A well functional website optimized for taking accounting orders.
A functional PC and an Accounting Software ( We have QuickBooks and Xero).
