The site needs no follower to monetize your contents. As soon as you upload your videos, they get monetized. You will need only payment method 'PayPal'. It is a matter of sorrow that this payment method is not available in all countries.
Your minimum cash out threshold is $50. Having been interested in this site, I registered. I feel a problem here. I have not yet seen any payment proof! I have been searching for a long time to find a source from where I can know this information.
