While surfing one day I came across roqqu wallet, what I liked about it is being able to sell your crypto currency directly on the platform. I looked at the reviews and they were quite ok, or so I thought. So I transferred money from my account to buy a coin, the purchase was successful. After some weeks the coin appreciated and I sold it, but till now I have not received the money, neither in the wallet or in my bank account. Now talking about customer care their service is the worst. I contacted them and no one attended to me, I did all I could, till now there is no response, no money and no cryptocurrency. It was so painful, I needed the money badly. I later heard from about two people that said they performed transaction on roqqu but didn't get their money. Who else has experienced this? Is roqqu a scam or just not safe?
