I keep on saying that therenare certain things that a company should not want to do on it's own and one of them is recruiting staff. When recruitment is outsourced to credible and top recruitment agencies, you have delegated that responsibility for them to give you good staff and you can scapegoat them if the staff they give you fails.

They would bear the cost of replacing and training a new staff for your organisation. Running daily operations in a business is already hectic and having to now add staff recruitment to that makes it more hectic. Outsource it and have rest of mind.
