It is absolutely very important for business organisations to have sound and efficient amount of workers and employees that are capable and suitable to carry out the organisational objectives of the business pertaining to goal achievement. But there are some situations in which some business organisations layoff their workers and employees possible due to one or more issues facing the business at hand. Below are some of the reasons business organisations layoff their workers and employees:

* Inability to keep to compensating agreements: you cannot employ organisational employees and workers without compensating them for the good works and responsibilities they carry out in the organisation pertaining to goal and objective achievements. Majority of organisational employees and workers try their best to achieve goals and objectives in terms of profit making and income generation. But sometimes these income and profit may not be enough for the business facilitation, and when the business manager or employer notices these, he or she can lay off some workers or employees.

* Ineffectivity and unusefulness of employees: there are sometimes in which business organisation over-employ employees and workers who sometimes performs little and insignificant duties and responsibilities and yet they get paid. This can be a burden for the business organisation and to let go of such burden, it's most layoff this unuseful employees. Secondary, the ineffectivity of an employee or group of employees can make the business manager or employer to lay them off.
