Business and company's join or collaborate with each other literally for so many reasons like the say "two heads are better than one" this statement is also applicable in partnership when two companies come together the right way they are able to handle business activities faster they join employees together and carry out various business activities easier, faster and, less time consuming. When companies with the same goals and vision fuse together or join forces they strengthen and encourage each other in this way they are able to grow dramatically there also will be able to provide better product and also more quality goods and services to the customers and clients in return they will make more profit way more faster than their competitor's,it is also important to know that another reason why business go into partnership is to help small infant or organic industries to earn recognition by the public or who do not have enough capital to stay in business for long.
In comparison to working alone as a single trader, working in a company partnership provides companionship and mutual support. Starting and running a business on your own can be difficult and intimidating, especially if you've never done it before. You're in it together in a partnership.
The more partners there are, the more money from their combined resources may be available to invest in the business, which can help it grow. Their borrowing capacity is also likely to be bigger if they work.

The truth is that it is not every business that one person can run and control successfully. This is the reason why you see a lot of successful business people employing intellectuals in key positions in order for them to help them or not there are several businesses effectively. there are also sometimes in which you will see a lot of people at once to venture or I into some businesses looking for investors into their businesses. There are a lot of factors that makes a lot of people want to go into partnership in a business and some of them are;

Capital: Whentwo or more people collaborate to run a particular business, money will definitely not be their main problem because they will be contributing equally to finance their business very well. Sometimes use appropriate resources do not have enough capital to run their business and even take it to an international level. when you see a lot of people running businesses there is high tendency that such business we get to international level provided they have the right mindset.

Ideas: Like you have stated, two heads is better than one. When two or more people collaborate to run a business they were really not run out of ideas in which is required to be competitive in business.

Partnerships are usually mutually beneficial. Individuals may decide to form a partnership with another individual for a range of reasons. One common reason is to combine their capital and use this to gain a strategic advantage over their competitors. In many cases, a single proprietorship business has limited capital and this often serves as a hindrance for expanding its operations and achieving leadership in the industry. Forming a partnership will help strengthen the financial position of the business and enhance its creditworthiness.

Another reason to go into a partnership is to combine capital and expertise to form a formidable business. An investor who has capital but lacks expertise and competencies may form a partnership with an industrial partner who lacks sufficient capital to form a competitive business on his own.

People with common visions may also form a partnership to achieve their objectives. Collaborating with people who share the same visions and goals will strengthen the company's position and accelerate its growth.

It's easy to form a partnership but it's also easy to terminate it. A partnership's dissolution can be a messy process so when forming a partnership, all partners must ensure that all agreements, rights, and obligations are written and recognized in the partnership contract or Articles of Partnership.

The sole aim of every business organizations is to make profit and to also render essential services to their customers to meet their needs, but at some point it might become difficult for business organizations to meet up with their business obligation to their customers, this could happen as a result of som unforeseen circumstances which could have depleted the asset of the business organizations hence the need for them to get help by partnering with other companies to remain formidable. And sometimes business comes together to become more stronger and not necessarily because they became bankrupt. When they merger in most cases it makes them to enjoy economics of scale and this will be a major advantage to all parties involved in the partnership agreement.

Again they may decide to come together to raise capital to start up a bigger business they could have been quite difficult for them to start individually.
