Two businesses may be established with the same amount of sufficient capital and with the same amount of intention which is to satisfy the needs and the ones of members of the public so as to make profit and make business income . As time goes on when the two businesses have been established one seems to be more promising and prosperous than the other , and no it may not be as a result of one Business organisation having a more populated environment than the other and also it may not be because one business organisation sales and render the right quality goods and services to its customers and clients . One of the seemingly reason or cause of this could literally be because the management and operations strategy of both business differs . Majority of individuals so much focus on the actual establishment of their businesses without putting more interest into how they will be able to manage and operate the business and the rights grounds and in the right possible way .

We should be more focus on the management of our business because there is absolutely no promising and prosperous business without good management . If we have to establish a business organisation it should definitely be a kind with good management and with good transactional operations . Our business organisation should be a type that is able to track it ends and to track its losses and not a one with no regular and constant transactional documentation system .

It is not all about investing a huge amount of financial Capital into a particular business that totally determines its successfulness and prosperity but what really determines the successful rate of a particular business is literally how the business is being managed and operated and if a business is being managed in the right possible way there is every possibility that such business will be prosperous and would reach greater and expected heights but when a business is being managed in the wrong and unadviced ways such business will not make expected profit and breed out good expected incentives .

We need to focus more on the actual management of our business rather than the establishment of the business and although our business need to be established before managing but yet the management of a business is important compared to the actual establishment of a business . We need to only establish a business we are capable and able to manage and not a business that make us feel complicated and incomplete .

There are different factors that can contribute to the success or failure of a business. These include the quality of the product, how well-marketed it is, and how much demand there is for it. Other aspects which are key to a business’s success (or lack thereof) are possible legal issues or lawsuits, economic trends, and the industry. All these aspects should be considered by entrepreneurs when they are deciding whether to start a new business or continue operating an existing one.

Successful businesses have multimodal operations that involve different departments and personnel handling specific tasks in order to make their company profitable. It's important for businesses in different sectors to use interchangeable strategies and tactics that best suit each company's needs given the current situation. For example, when a company is planning to expand their market share, they could follow a strategy that is best suited for them and their business. Strategies such as online marketing and advertisement can help businesses reach a larger audience and expand into other areas.

Companies should consider who their target audience is as well before trying out different strategies. Also, developing an extensive network with other businesses will help market the business more effectively. A company can also hire an advertising agency that specializes in marketing products and services in the same industry or niche.
