In this discussion we will be looking at the qualities that can make one stand out in any carrer

*Be a great thinker

A great thinker is one who has a very big dream about his life and future.
You have to think big to be BIG, also you think good and positive things to be better.
The success of every individual depends on the richness or level of their thinking. In life, before you start every accomplishment you are supposed to be a great thinker because when you think, you get little things back as an achievement.

Untill one begins to think like the creator, God, nothing good will come out of him.

One good quality that can take someone to the top is being effective and efficient at what you do, these two qualities are acquired through constant knowledge and good application of such knowledge to the workplace. Effectiveness means the ability to do something that produces great result while efficiency means the ability to do something good within a very short time. These two qualities will definitely make anyone to notice and have a favourable disposition towards any employee that displays these kinds of traits.
Loyalty is another trait that makes an employee to standout at workplace, Loyalty is the act of being true always to your superiors, supporting them always and doing their biddings at all time, this characteristic will definitely quicken an employee's ascendancy to the top. Everyone loves a loyal servant, and the work environment is not exempted from this as most superiors always rewards loyalty to them with job promotions, this will hasten the movement of an employee of an organization to the top.

We are the product of our thinking. We don't need ourselves with what we think most time. There is need to dream bigger to achieve bigger. Those that dreamt of having airplane dreamt bigger by imagining bird and making something similar to its structure.

But most time, we are being deluded with where we stay. There are thousands of people that have ideas on paper but the environment they stay don't really help them to actualize their dreams. That's not an excuse, in all odds, our minds should be our experimental field.

To me it is not just about being a great thinker but it also depends on your area of concentration because that is what is the most important , trying to channel your energy to something that is not really important may not likely take you anywhere. But I believe for you to be able to achieve anything you want in life it's all depends on your dedication and probably the ability to think just like you have said.

Sometimes if we focus on the positive aspects and areas of life I believe it will be mostly possible for us to achieve success depending on our country and probably also depending on our religion . There are some countries that you have to be very careful on some of the things you focus on because probably such is not really available in the country.

Channeling your energy to the wrong areas is always not the best in your business organisation that is why it is advisable that we do proper research before thinking on doing.. you might consider this to be the ability to think I agrees with you since it's just to to think and organise how you want your life to be.
