This are all great ways to make a successful real estate manager, but for me I see the second one as the game changer, self motivation my reason is because you there's a time in your real estate business that people be it friends or family members turns their back against you so in this time you have no one to motivate you but if are very wise enough you can motivates your self be your self you need no one to motivates you. Self motivation is best for me in terms of becoming a successful real estate business man.

Self-motivation can be increased in the beginning but starts to become lower day after day due to the stress of work and sometimes we need a long break from work as humans because we have capacity. There is no idealist employee because each employee can make some mistakes during his work career but there is a tolerable rate of mistakes that couldn't be bypassed there are no machines applying programs whit artificial intelligence. Knowledge is the power it is true but some agencies are working until today with pieces of information they have studied for a year and there is a difference between real estate managers how is everyday learning or someone who works with some basis learned at university.

Ok thanks for sharing but the problem is that a lot of people will find it very much difficult for them to become a real estate agent and manager nowadays, There are a lot of people that may have this quality you are mentioning but they will find it very difficult to become a manager, simply because they may not have the required money that is needed , in any real estate organisation it is believed that those people with the highest money are those that supposed to have higher qualification and people who doesn't have money may not be able to become a real estate manager

You have really highlighted not only what a real estate manager needs to know but anybody that deserves to be successful in whatever field he chooses. Real estate is not a business one needs to just go into with half information . There is need to be very expert in it before dabbijg into it.

The first thing I will advice a real estate manager to have is research skill. There is need for a real estate agent to know how to do his research for him to know the real land to purchase and the fake ones to shun. As well all know that there are more of people that are dubious in this business.

Aside this, there should be foresight for a real estate agent. Land can not be used for the same purpose. And it takes a real estate agent that's expert to know the right land for a particular project. So it is incumbent on a real estate agent to know and have ore knowledge on what to do with a particular land even before purchasing it.

Then honesty should be the watch word of every real estate agent. There may be temptation to dupe oeille especially those clients that don't know much about the land business. The honesty quality in him will never allow him to involve in such an act.
