Punctuality is very important in whatever business one it doing.
In office punctuality is good because if you are the type that do come to office lastly they will not put you in a position that is good.
And there is a saying that; punctuality is a soul of the business because,if customer did not see you on time in the shop day and tomorrow they will not come again and gradually the business will be going down.

To become a millionaire in one business will only be easy if it is well manage and every thing is in order.
Management is very important in every business. And the way you package your business and product you sell is very impotent. .
Marketing techniques and the environment you shop is should be accessible to your customers. If also this things is in order then there is no limitations to the money or profit you are going to make in business.

In the office, morale is better, as everything is punctual. If someone is chronically late when other team members adjust to cover for the interruption, the usual work cycle is disrupted. Employees waiting for a change of shift will become agitated and ready to know that their successor is late at all times. Apart from just co-workers, when unit employees are more negatively perceived unnecessarily late, stakeholders sometimes see what's going on. The customer will not be assured that the job will be performed correctly if the employee is late.

Punctuality is the soul of a business. Let me use this analogy to explain what Punctuality means to a business, if a person get a special invite from the president of a country especially the USA, the person would do his/her best to arrive early enough so as not to miss the presence of the president. The same applies to business, if you fixed an appointment with let's say your supplier and you are late for the appointment, you stand the chance as been viewed as an unserioue person and as such your business would not be taken seriously.

I am very strict when it comes to tardiness because for me being late in coming to work is somewhat intentional. You can come earlier if you want to. And you surely would come earlier if you are dedicated to your job. My wife leaves early and arrives at her office at around 5:30 am. Her official start of work is 7 am. That more than 1 hour of coming in early clearly shows that she is dedicated to her job. When someone comes in late the impression is that employee does not care for his company.

Punctuality as they say is the sole of a business. A business owner must value time as it will promote the image of the business and even the owner. Imagine a business owner that has promised a customer that he or she should come for a particular goods and products at a particular time and the business owners fail to show up at the appointed time. This will turn off the customer and may even not patronize the business owner. And most business owners have lost customers due to that.

Punctuality is a wonderful trait of a person, one
to be admired and respected. Punctuality displays
a person’s respect for people and time. In a
scheduled appointment, the late-comer usually
gives an impression that he/she doesn’t value the
other person’s time or considers his/her time
more important than that of the other. This is
exactly why candidates are never late at a job
interview! Punctuality is actually a good virtue it makes people to perceive good of you and it actually a sign of seriousness

I believe they said that punctuality is the soul of any working organization... If you are a business owner one of the things you must never take with negligence is punctuality of your workers and laziness... A staff that is erring in aspect punctuality will be erring in terms of getting your jobs done properly. Punctuality is a sign of being responsible and trustworthy.... A sign that your employees wants your business to grow... If you have the once that are otherwise then your business is in danger... Correct them, if they decide not to buckle up... Flush them out

Being an employee is very demanding and as thus demands that the employee comes to work very early as stipulated by the company .
This is the main reason why it is not encouraged for people to work under somebody ,if they won't be able to cope with being punctual to their place of work.

It is also a sign of responsibility , when an employee is punctual to his place of work. Employers also put measures to e sure that their workers are punctual ,in order to promote his business b

For whichever organisation you work, to be punctual in office is very important. Punctuality at work is seen as one of the first obligations of employees but there are people who tend to downplay its importance.

The truth is that lateness can have a very negative effect on the company and its dealings. Punctuality is a socially highly valued and accepted virtue in the world of work and personnel management.

It is, more applauded in offices than in other areas. An organization that encourages this habit in its workforce will establish a win-win strategy with its workers. Punctuality at work is good for employees, too.

A worker that is always punctual to work and leaves when the time is due possess good work ethics. Being punctual shows the employer how professional you are, it can make your employer see you as that reliable worker. Punctuality also shows dedication and how committed you are to that job. You would be seen in the good books of your employer that you may be considered for promotion due to your commitment to the work. As a punctual staff, you are able to start your day calmly with ease and accomplish your tasks set up for that day. It wont be easy for you when you dont complete a task and you have to continue the next day for a task that can be completed within one day simply because you came late to work.

There is saying that goes this “punctuality is the soul of a business”. Being punctual to work shows seriousness and dedication to work. It proves to your employers that you value their business and you would do all you can to ensure productivity. If one's house is far from his/her workplace, the person can either relocate to a place closer to his/her workplace or wake up early so as to beat traffic and other unforseen events that might hinder him/her from showing up early. Alternatively, if your company has a staff bus, you could follow the staff bus.

This is a good post. People often look at punctuality as something of lesser importance but it is extremely important. It says alot about a person who is habitually late or habitually on time. Time is a talent and it's something which we need to respect for ourselves and for others. I honestly get infuriated when a person who is habitually late says "I am sorry",but continues to come late in future situations.

Punctuality is a good trait that will need to have. this will help us not only in our secular Jobs but also our personal lives and our every day to day activities. What is more, it will give us a good reputation as someone who tries his best never to come late to anything.
so unless there is a genuine reason to be late, we need to try as much as possible to be always on time in our scheduled activities. Most especially our work, that is the list place for us to be late too because it determines how serious we take our job. So if we want our employers to be very impressed in what we do punctuality should be the first thing we should embrace.

A wise man once said that the reason for time was so that everything will not happen at once. Punctuality in keeping to time is essence of life, it is the reason we have time, and we plan for the future. someone who is not good at keeping to time is not considered serious and of course cannot work with anyone or with a good organisation. Endeavour to keep to time.

Punctuality is a requisite to making success in whichever organization you find yourself. Anyone who undermine the essence of punctuality is not employable and can not run self business. I remembered one interview I took in Lagos for a job, we were many. The interview was scheduled for 6:56am. Everyone did well and the scores were so close that to let any of us go was a problem according to the Head of the Human Resources, HR but unfortunately the one who did fabulously well than others came behind schedule and was asked to go after given him reason why he could not be employed. No business organization thrive without putting in serious minded persons who don't uphold punctuality. Punctuality is key to success in whatever you do
