Promoting an offline business in social media

It sounds ironic to promote an offline business in social media. Take for instance a fruit vendor in the nearby market. She sells to customers who come to her stall in the market. Her business has been there for more than 20 years and until now she is still earning good from selling fresh fruits.

Why would she use social media for her business? Most of her customers have asked her about it. Now she would post in social media the expected fruits that would be delivered on the next day. Sometimes her post would have an accompanying photo. Her customers find it convenient to know the fruits that are upcoming. That is one good reason to use social media in promoting an offline business.

Promoting an offline business on social media platforms is a good idea to spread your brand awareness everywhere. But if you wants to promote your business and services offline then I would like to suggest you to use cost-effective promotional products for distributing purposes where you can imprinted your brand logo and name and give out to the target audience. This will create a long-lasting impression on the receivers as well as recall the new customers at your shop.

I really do not believe that you should be able to or you should promote a business on social media that is solely offline. You can remote and offline shop that people can order for products and have it delivered to their residence but it will be unwise for you to run social media advertisements for people that might not be interested in your business.
