When an employee is being terminated from being an employee in a particular business organisation, such employee could possibly sit down to reflect what exactly he or she must have done wrong to deserve termination. Most of the times the employee may begin to see that he or she was totally incompetent and was totally dull in performance in performing his or her roles and task assigned to him or her. Incompetence and their performance is definitely one of the main reason why employees are usually terminated in a business organisation, and as an employee it is definitely expected from you by your employer and by your boss to be competent and to be hundred percent accurate in performing your roles and responsibilities and most importantly always keeping to deadlines.
Another possible way to prevent being terminated as an employee in a business organisation is by being diligent and by being punctual to resume duties in the business environment. It's totally a disrespect for the boss of our manager to resume duties in the business environment before you, moreover this is a sign of unseriousness and incompetence. Lastly to prevent getting a job termination from your employer, you must never engage in any unlawful workplace practice such as sexual harassment, violence, gossip, and procrastination etc.
