So many jobs and careers exist in the world today, however in the agricultural sector there could be problems as well as challenges facing various individuals who are Farmers and who carry out farming activities which include planting of cash crops and industrial planting or raising of livestock and farm animals for the purpose of industrial activities which include selling them on the local market in order to make money. One of the main problems facing farmers in the world today is the inability to apply technology in farming activities. Of course farm machines exist which can totally make it easier for various farmers, to carry out farming activities more easier and more speculatively. But due to the low level of illiteracy of most farmers on how to use farm machines and farm implements, you have no other choice than to apply crude tools in the planting and rearing of farm animals, which absolutely take a whole lot of time to see positive results.

Another problem of the Agricultural sector is the lack of government consistency, when government is consistent in the welfare of various agricultural individuals, some of the help they provide include agricultural grants and loans. The lack of government consistency in most agricultural regions have made a whole lot of farmers to be left stranded in areas of financing agricultural activities. Lastly, there are no schools of agriculture where individuals can definitely learn agricultural activities in most regions and countries
