Real estate Partnership in buying real estate properties.

I know most of is won't like to partenned to buy a property especially a real estate property I also don't like partnership but sometimes it's very very important it helps you guys to achieve what ever you want in an ease way. But the question here is do you like partnership in buying properties especially real estate property can you trust any one on that, for me I don't trust anyone when it comes to finance especially online I don't trust anyone because many people might turn their back against you and begin to sabotage all your activities.



There are a lot of things for you to consider before partnering with someone to do a business or to buy a landed property you must understand that in case of any difficulty or misunderstanding between two parties the property will either be divided by two and sometimes they should always be a written document being backed up by the law courts to support the agreement just in case one person rises against the other. This should be applicable in business too before you partenned with any one you first need to know if the person is trustworthy if he is not trustworthy I don't advice you to start business with such people.

I don't really like the idea of partnership business in the real estates. The best is to invest the capital that you have at hand. You will be assured of no rivalry in the business that you have chosen. In this part of the world, siblings kills each other because of properties inherited. This should be a lesson to those who are planning to enter into partnership business. It's in the best interests not to try such.

The problem is it is true that most people don't like a partnership in anything with anyone due to lack of confidence but if this person is your husband or your wife means like the husband has purchased the house and the wife is the partner of owning these real estate properties or the reverse case. It is true that some husbands do not prefer this or the house is only his property by excluding his wife property but they think that in case of divorce there will be many problems or the wife will get the house with her children while he is searching for marriage again with another woman.

Partnership to buy a property is a good idea but sometimes is risky if you fins the wrong people, I love partnership especially in business.

I also like partnership is business my reason is because it makes your work easier and successful, that reminds me of a saying it says team work makes dreams work.

Partnership comes with advantages and as well disadvantages first you need to analyze the person or persons you are deciding to partner with
Are you guys having the same mind?
Can you guys archive the same goal?
Check and vet the possibility of you making it a successful and as well the possibility of it failing with them
If the chances of it being successful is higher that it failing then you are good to go.
