Majority of people believe that in a job interview what is only asked are questions about the job seekers life and how he was able to gain requisite education and experience on the job he or she is seeking for . But that is not entirely or because a perfect and positive job interview is not completed until the job applicant or job seeker is being asked critical and mind-upbuilding questions , in which he or she is to answer and respond critically and reasonably . It is absolutely mandatory and important that job applicants and job seekers take note of this aspect of a job interview and even if they stand a chance to get employed into a business organisation or commercial Enterprise they need to be well mentally upbuild in some of these critically asked questions during job interviews .

A job seeker CV and credentials only substitute and back up to what the individual have learnt mentally and have mastered physically . A job seeker is more likely to be asked how he or she would manage the company if production cost was on the high side , no doubt this is one critical question that can be asked to an individual seeking for a job and his ability to get employed totally depends on his or her practical answers and response to this question .

Nowadays a job interview is not longer conducted as before in which a job seeker or job applicants would only present his or her CV and other credentials to the employer or to the job interview and after series of analysation only on the credentials and CV the job seeker or applicant is there to be decide whether he or she is employed or not . Presently job interviews have been involved in which the ability for an individual to get employed does not depend on the grades in his or her credentials and the recommendation in his or her experience and CV.

A job seeker to be asked a practical questions in which he or she should answer practically and the reasons for this questions is to test the job seekers or job applicants mental capability and ability to work and to carry out business goals and objectives and also to handle organisational problems if he or she was actually given the opportunity to do so .
