Most organized business organisations have formal and established dress codes for their staff. Howbeit, in the spirit of inclusiveness, there are certain factors that organisational policy formulators would consider before making that decision on a dress code for the organisation.

1) Religious beliefs of staff and the dress patterns: When choosing a dress code for staff, be sure that it doesn't impede with the religious beliefs of any staff as far as dressing is concerned.

2) Cultural norms of individual staff: Every organisation should understand that their staff have a culture that identifies their origins and dress patterns chosen by the business organisation should not juxtapose the cultural norms of any staff.

3) Medical Conditions: The particular medical condition of every individual staff is to be considered when enforcing organisational dress codes not to expose any staff to adverse health conditions.
