Staff meetings are a vital part in the running of any business organisation. It provides a platform for the staff to reason together with management on issues bothering the business organisation. But how often should staff meetings be held in a business organisation? Note that too frequent meetings would bore staff members and make staff meetings generally lose value. And also, when staff meetings are too far apart, it could lead to issues degenerating before they are addressed. So what factors should be used to determine the frequency of staff meetings in a business organisation.

1) How a business team functions: If a business team is primed to function at a very fast pace, they need to meet regularly almost on a daily basis. If the team is more of routine based, the frequency of staff meetings doesn't need to be too regular.

2) Stage of the business evolution: If the business is in it's inception stage and still striving to find it's feet, it needs to meet regularly to brainstorm ideas, strategies and tweaks. A business that is firmly rooted would make staff meetings a burden if it is too frequent.

3) Size of the team: A larger team would to a large extent need to meet regularly to ensure everyone is on the same page and updated about the happenings in the organisation.
