A spa here is usually a place for beauty and wellness such. It has a salon with a massage. Going to a spa is like having a relaxation time. The management of the spa is better if handled by the owner because the investment is quite big with the place that can accommodate at least 10 customers all at the same time. The workers are given a small daily allowance and their earnings are concentrated on the commission per customer and also the tip. The spa near our home has been existing for many years now so I guess it is earning good because of the big number of customers in the neighborhood.
