Organisations and different businesses have to do anything extra apart from offering their employees and staffs with better salaries and incentives in terms money. This is because nowadays things are changing and the competition for human labour is on its peak. However there are some non monetary incentives that employers can give to their staffs out;
Provision of good working tools - There are better and efficient working equipment and tools that can make the work more easier to be done by the staffs. This can help the workers to do the jobs without more fatigue and tiredness.

Training of the workers - Getting your workers trained can not only add value to the output but also motivates the workers to work even harder for the betterment of your organisation.

Ensuring good working relationships - This refers to the way workers relates to the management.
Therefore a good relationship between the staffs and the management can promote the business reputation through portraying a good public image.

For the first one it is involved in the investment of the work as providing good tools for work will let work goes in better direction. For the teaching it is monetary reward because when you go to teach something company pays the cost of all of this.
For the third one, it is necessary in all cases as bad relationship in the work area will lead to the work not going so well.
