It is one of the businesses that should be opened quite early in the morning. However, some grocery shops operators are lazy and procrastinate too, thereby opening their shops quite late in the day. 1) Loss of early customers: There are early bird customers that would need grocery items to prepare for work or school. Opening late would make you miss that sales and market segment.
