Where i currently work, there are times where i end up going home as late as after 10 in the night, though its not common but it happens. There are also times where i come home around after seven in the night or there about. The painful thing about working over time in my case is that first and foremost i am not being paid for working over time. Secondly another negative effort is that working over time takes up all the extra time i would have used in doing something that would actually earn me extra cash. Working over time also prevents from having any from of social life outside work.
