We as individuals seem to be very much obsessed with physical fitness and bodily health and totally neglect mental health forgetting that it is equally or maybe even more important than the above-mentioned. Physical health is very much important but becomes of very little meaning when mental health is very poor. Most of us we don't think twice going to the hospital when you feel upset with a little stomach ache but will become very hesitant to visit our therapist. In today's world, the number of depressed teenagers and adults is increasing daily but we seem not to be paying enough attention. Anxiety is causing people with a bright future to commit suicide and we seem to pay little attention to it. Sick help when you have mental health issues please it doesn't have to be a stomach ache.
