Production is an activity that results in the creation of goods and services for the satisfaction of human wants or needs. Human wants are satisfied through the provision of goods and services required. Production of goods entails the process of changing a commodity from its raw form to the final product until it is ready for consumption.

Production also involves creation of services such as teaching, entertainment, emergency services and transportation. For example, production of tea starts with farmers planting and picking tea leaves and taking them to the factory to be processed for both local and international consumption. Therefore production is the movement or changing the form of goods from raw form to final product which is delivered to consumers for consumption.

Production is the process of making, harvesting or creating something or the amount of something that was made or harvested. An example of production is the creation of furniture. An example of production is harvesting corn to eat. An example of production is baking of cake or pastries. Basically where you come up with a final commodity out of raw material then suffice to say, production has taken place. Where you are able to produce something and send to the market, it can be a means of business for some people.

Production to me is the creation of goods and services. They can't be any kind of product as it is without production. Alot of things have been created in the world. Some are done from sheer imagination and inner inspiration while others are produced from existing products where creativity and innovation have been brought in for more attraction. But in all production is really a huge part on the economy of a Nation. Without production of goods and services, an economy and it's citizens would be wallowing in lack and wants.
