Information Technology (IT) is a term that refers to the field of computer science. Through digital networks, information databases, and computer graphics, information technology has enabled real-time access and sharing of digital information. Many changes have occurred in the corporate landscape as a result of it. Electronic technology has made it easier to buy and sell goods and services online. Not only can e-commerce be used to promote products, but it can also be utilized to improve client relationships. As a result, marketers are confronted with new issues in terms of e-ordering, e-delivery of intangible products, receiving e-payments, and Customer Relation Management (CRM).
