A hauling business is composed of a truck, a driver and helper, a marketing staff and the owner who is the manager. It is a simple business when the hauling is for gravel and sand. You buy the gravel and sand in the rural area and bring it to the hardware store in the city. The marketing staff is in charge of finding the hardware store customer and also the supplier of the gravel and sand in the distant provinces. The driver and helper are paid with an allowance and a commission for every trip while the marketing staff is on a salary basis. Make sure that the trips would be regular so there would be regular income too.
