Organizing is concern with the arrangements of human and material resources of the enterprise in such a way that jobs are divided, task assigned to people with appropriate authority to act in order to ensure that that organizational objective are accomplished.
Staffing :
It is the practice of identification and placement of people with acceptable human, job and professional requirements for organizational vacant position that assist in attaining set objectives either from internal or external source.
