And employees duty is to carry out business goals and objectives assigned to him by his employer manager or boss . It must be commendable on how many employees all around the world try to perform diligent and impressing task assigned to them by their superiors , yet this doesn't mean that all employees are perfect in what they do , so employees are slightly perfect no doubt while others need a little work in progress . Due to some certain factors employees fail to carry out assigned business goals and objectives thereby making their boss , managers , and employers to feel unhappy , disappointed and ungrateful . Time is a precious asset , so it shouldn't be wasted on carryout business goals and objectives not understand .

Sometimes business goals and objectives are complicated I need proper understanding , in order for the employee to success in the course of carrying out complicated goals and objectives he must ask questions concerning the task in order not to make unnecessary and improper mistakes in the course of carrying out his duties . And while the employer or superiors is answering his questions the employee must put his ears to good use in order to grasp the main points and details so as to be successful in the course of carrying out the task assigned to him or her .
