Is Text Royal A legit Freelancing Service Or A Scam?

There are plenty of freelancing websites and freelancing platforms that tend to offer freelancing jobs to many people. However, the Text Royal is actually a kind of platform that offers jobs and writing opportunities to people living in the United States only. They are a company which is based in the Belize country, which is a central American country. It is quite strange that they do not offer work to other writers that are based in other countries because just because you are not from the United States, this does not mean that you cannot be a writer.

In fact, the website also does not offer work to people living in other native English speaking counties as well such as Canada, Australia, United kingdom, New Zealand, etc. Having said that, the company actually pays through PayPal. So, it is a necessary thing to have a PayPal account in order to get paid. of course, you also need to be from the United States as well. They also state that the writers on their platform earn good amount of money and they are compensated well as well. They claim that they pay their writers up to $0.03 per word and orders are always available as well. So, is it a legit website or not?

This is the problem we are faced with as writers especially we from the tier 2 countries. We can’t get good jobs from writing sites just because of our locations. Just look at this one now with 3 cents pay per word we can’t be a part of it because they are paying well. This is never fair to some very good writers that would have made good of their writing kills.

The truth is that they might even state that they are accepting everyone but in the long run, those from other countries might not have the opportunity of getting jobs on the site. It was just a ploy for us to register on the site and keep checking, right from the onset they didn’t have it in their mind to give us jobs. But to find out if they are really paying is to work and request for pay from the site.
