There has been times when I have reviewed the site like on platforms like Trust Pilot, Google Play Store, etc. But, I have felt that sometimes it has turned into good results as there has been some improvements there but most of the times it isn't.
However, I can't say you the clear ratio of the sites of who take positive responses and negative, but dominance is of the negative ones as those sites never reply to you. Some sites also do this thing on the Google Play Store, I had seen that the reviews aren't made public and made private. And, they show a good rating on the app, this is a very typical way of playing with the users on the site.
