If you ask an illiterate or a layman what is his or her purpose of going into business most of the time you will hear the fact that he or she chooses to goes into business possibly because he want to make profit and earn a living . But if I may ask is establishing a business all about making profit or is there something more ? There is literally no doubting the fact that an individual definitely want to make profit and income out of the business he or she have possibly established and implemented and in fact he or she wishes that everyday in his or her business existence should be a profit-making day . A business cannot make profit if it is not able to satisfy the wants and needs of its customers and clients and in fact that should be the main paramount goal and objective of an established business organisation . Nowadays majority of individuals totally pay much attention to quickly selling out or rendering out the business stocks and inventories instead of making sure that the goods and services they sell or render to their customers and to my total is suit their needs , taste and preferences .

Do not be so much concentrated on a commodity the income of a various business patronizes, but rather ensure that they are so much satisfied with the goods or services you have rendered or so to them because when they are satisfied with what you have to offer then you'll be able to make profits efficiently and adequately .

In as much as it looks like profit making is the main aim of starting a business, there are other good benefits or goals of starting a business. But we don't have to deceive ourselves because the foremost reason or goal of any business venture is for profit maximization. but then, apart from profit they are other goals like;

Give customers good products and services: You would even pat yourself on your back that you are doing well putting smiles on the faces of people.

Keeping your self busy profitably: Yes an idle mind is the devil workshop. So instead of you doing things that wouldn't bring a good profit and peace of mind to you. it is better you start a business mo matter how small. You can grow it to something big, you never can tell.

You might just have started a generational business idea that even your third generation might even benefits fr it.

The motive behind the establishment of any company or business by various entrepreneurs is to make profit. Profit is the main reason while business is been establish.

Though we have entrepreneur who go into business simply because of the love for that particular business. They see themselves as someone who have passion for what he or she is doing, that is they derive joy in doing what they know how to do best.

No matter the level of our passion for a particular business, going into that business on a large or commercial scale will require us to make some amount of profit from the business to serve as our reward.

Every business require the use of financial resources, material resources, human resource and so on to function, so therefore I don't think there will be an entrepreneur who will go into a business, spent huge amount of money on the business and decide to give it out to people without considering to make profit for the continuity of the business.

Profit is very important in a business as without profit in any business the business might not survive long. Profit is needed to sustained the business and expand it in the future.

Every business is profit oriented except it is a charity organisation. If you are establishing the business, the sole aim is to make profit and if you are into a business that profit is not coming in, such business is termed as being failed . This to tell you that profit-making is paramount in business . If you are making profit, it means that your product is doing well in the market. There are lot of things attached to profit making. For instance, the quality of your product will determine the level of profit that you will make. If you have a product that is of lesser quality, then it means you will probably not make profit. When your products are of high quality and people adore it, then there's every possibility that you will make a profit. That is to tell you that, profit-making is paramount in business because there are so many things attached to it.

The effectiveness of the employees and management of a business is tied around profit making. If the employees aren't doing well in the business, it will probably affect the profit margin. Thr management of the business will be applauded if they arr making profit.
