Is it right to employ sibblings in the same organization?

Humans are emotional and the emotions of humans are more pronounced when it comes to issues that bother people with whom they are closely related. Is it right to employ two or more people from the same parents to work in your organization? If you consider the fact that a thing you do to one of them would affect the other one emotionally.

Picture this, two brothers are working for you. If something happens and you take pecuniary measures like a salary deduction from one of the brothers, it is sure that the other brother would not be happy with you and this might affect his efficiency. So instead of having one unhappy staff at a time, you are forced to manage more than one. I think your workforce would be harder to manage if you have siblings working for you. From a business point of view, what are your opinions on this?
