To the people who owns the company it is definitely a business for them and to the people who are patronizing them it is either a business or gambling. I have seen some people who took it as a business and are making a whole lot of money with their working strategies and there are people who have lost a lot of money.

The people making money from gambling are just lucky and it shouldn't be a justification to work because there are still more losers and than those making money from it, those making living from it do that by reinvesting on other businesses to enable them manage their loses so we shouldn't rely on it

I have seen so many people in the recent weeks that have made a lot of money through sports betting and some have even make a living through it. But no matter what it is always important to know that person or any of such is just gambling and is based on pure luck for you to win. You might get successful in some instances and you might not get successful in some.

The bad aspect of gambling is that people will keep putting their money in it with the hope that they will recover their loses in a very short time , this is actually possible but it happened to very few people probably 5 in 100 so there is always more loses than gains. It is not advisable to rely on this as means of livelihood.

Gambling is not an encouraging hustle at all. I think this will take more money from you than it will give to you. You may lose over 10,000 a month but won 1,000 back lol. I think that's a pure loss. Anyone believing that gambling is something that can make them for the long time, they are probably joking. You can't invest in gambling, you will lose.

This question depends on what party you are in the betting business. To the people who bet, it is a gamble as they expect to win from it, while to the betting shop operators, they are running a business. Betting is a gamble to me though, and the earlier you know you can't get rich by gambling, the better. I feel casinos are better than betting.

Betting can only be considered as a business if you own a betting shop where people come and bet. But anything outside of that is not a business, betting is not a business and it is not sustainable as well. In business, you are sure of getting returns on your investment if properly planned and managed but with betting, you may win this minute and lose all the next minute.

In this our ephemeral world, nothing is promised and this is truer in betting. Betting is a high risk investment with no guarantees. It is definitely gambling. You stand the chance to hit it big and be rich with it and you also have an equal chance of getting so poor and the church mouse will be richer. So it goes both ways. I can call it investment because you have a stake to the odds.

Betting is always a kind of gambling, but what happens is when you talk to those people who gamble they will mostly say it's their business and shows that they are making much profits. I also see some of my friends doing gambling on some applications on sports like Cricket, Football, and they will also say to you that it's their source of income. I have never understood this statement of theirs.

Any you put your money into and you are expecting to make money with the outcome is pure gambling and gambling can never replace the word that it's business you might be good at betting and be making your money but that still not a privilege to call it business it a pure gambling, but you can say it a business if you own the shop where people are coming in to place their bet. yes, we can call that a business.

Betting generally is a gamble there is no two ways about it being a gamble, but you can also make it a business if you want. There are a lot of people opening betting stores all over the nation because it one of the few profitable businesses out there right now, slot of our youths now engage themselves in gambling because of unemployment, and this process has ruined many youth and wrecked many homes, there are so many things betting will do to you and one I them is that it will put you in debt. Although betting can also become a business it's never classified as a legitimate business. Although I don't like anything related to gambling but it is profitable as a business because slot of people are looking for avenue to stake little and win huge.

Betting can't be refer to as a business cause there literally lots of risk involve.although there are also risk involved in business but it can't be compared.most people who make a living from betting and are actually successful at it don't refer them selves as businessmen but do refer them selves as punters.some people has great luck while some do use master strategies to make money from betting sites.both involves investment of money but one is to make an huge profit on the little money invested while the other involves making average size profit on the huge money invested

I'm always surprised seeing many youths taking football betting as a career. Sometimes when you wake up early in the morning you will many young guys lining up at the betting center to register their slip as if this is their job. I realized that majority of them are making some sustainable income from this, that's why you can still see them with it.
Many of these people prefer to use their money to bet rather than investing it perhaps because of uncertainty and the fear of business failure . Can we now call this gambling a business since these people have already taken it like one?

Football betting is not an investment and you cannot even call it a career it is purely gambling and gambling is not good gambling may make you lose all your savings. Most people that engage themselves in football betting may not even win anything which may be frustrating and will be playing the game with hope of winning Someday which the day may not come I will never advise any youth to engage in football betting it is not good at all.Sport betting is gambling not an investment.Gambling is not good for most people. It is better to invest the money but some people are very good at it when it comes to betting but it is few people that are winning others loose their hard earned money to betting. There was a time I tried it but I could not win money that's why I left it because it's not my way. Betting is for people that have the mind not me. Because it involves research and very risky.

When you do something and you lose and you feel your so close, and you do it again and you lose, and you feel you can make it, and then you keep doing it over and over again, sometimes you may win, sometimes you may lose, that's addiction and addiction is gambling. So definitely betting is no way close to business it is gambling. Because you keep doing it over and over again and in the process you will lose so much money, a business is suppose to help you gain money not lose money.
You are right , we can call betting a business rather an addicted way of earning money which comes with loses most time . No body in his right senses will loose largely from a business at least 3 times and will want to still go back to that business again but in betting or gambling despite that people loose more than ten times they still return to the game with hope that they will win in the end like I said earlier two people are involved in this , the betting shop and the person coming to bet , to the betting shop it is a business.

It depend from which end actually, if one owns the bet shop it means business for the person, but if one intention is to gamble to make money then its gambling then.

Well that depends, if you are the owner of a bet shop then betting is a business, but if you are not a owner of a bet shop the betting is definitely to some extend gambling. Most young don't realize that the system was designed to make you lose your money and become addicted to gambling at the same time, Especially those who play football virtual games. The only way to benefit from sport betting is if play what is called sport arbitrage.

Anyone believing betting is a business is simply just being delusional, it is a pure gamble, in a business the outcome can be influenced, in betting your are just hoping for things to work in your favour, with no certainty. as it is football is getting more difficult because of the huge amount of pumped into it, even smaller club now have the ability to sign quality player, ski it has become very unpredictable. You lose a lot of money even you are lucky to win after all the loss you end using the money to rebet and later you lose everything.
