It is totally true that achieving business goals and objectives of business organisations and commercial Enterprises are definitely the duties and responsibilities of employees and business workers but if I were to ask is that entirely the only thing that they have been employed for ? Well to be sincere and honest I would say no . And that is because every business worker or employee definitely have a hand in carrying out other responsibilities and duties in the business organisation other than achieving business goals and objectives . For example in the formulation of business plans and in the formulation of business decisions and opinions , a business employee can definitely give his thoughts and suggestions on how he or she would see fit towards a particular business organised plan or decision and even more give reasons why he or she chooses it to be so .
