Investing in Real Estate Through Pre-sale

In the real estate market, you can not only invest in a ready to move in properties but also properties under construction. Many property developers earn money by selling properties before they're even built. This is called a pre-sale. It helps developers gather funds to complete the property they are developing. In my area, during a pre-sale, you pay about 20% of the total price upfront. Then, you pay the rest in monthly or quarterly installments. Once you've paid it off, you get to move into your new home. This method benefits both the developer and the buyer. If you want to sell your property, you can also profit as the prices goes up once it is developed fully.
