I think continues learning is the best way to add value to ourselves because every business required proper learning while Real estate investment is one of the business.

Learning and understanding of the marketing is a major role that involves researching properties, analyzing their potential for appreciation or rental income, negotiating deals with sellers and lenders, managing tenants if you are renting out your property,

And stay up to date on local laws and regulations. To be successful in real estate investing it’s important to have knowledge about financing options like mortgages, home equity loans, lines of credit etc., understand tax implications that related to investments like capital gains taxes etc.

Then develop marketing skills in order to find buyers quickly when selling a property; build relationships with other investors who may help you identify good opportunities and learn how to negotiate effectively; then to stay informed about current trends in the industry
