One of the main disadvantages of investing in property is that trespassers and other frauds may occupy the property, especially if the owner is not living in the city, town or place. While this problem is usually not faced for apartments or flats with security, this is a major problem for land, larger properties and inherited properties. Though others may have a stake in the property legally, only the person living in the city or town will be able to use the property. So salaried professionals having a job may often not be able to get their ancestral property in another city or town, unless they have their representative live in the ancestral property.
