On the hands, feet, and lower trunk, tiny blisters called dyshidrotic eczema (DE) can develop. Due to its propensity to flare up following exposure to cold or stress, it can be challenging to manage. Individuals with milder forms of DE may only have a few minor symptoms, whilst those with more severe cases may experience excruciating irritation and itching. Fortunately, you may cure your dyshidrotic eczema in a variety of ways at home:

1. Choose a moisturizer with squalene oil or shea butter as part of your routine. Your skin will stay moisturised and be less prone to irritation as a result.

2. Consider choosing a natural sunscreen that mostly contains the active elements zinc oxide and titanium dioxide.Your skin will become softer as a result. If you have problems with white patches on your hands or feet, try applying a moisturizing cream before going outdoors during the summer months (this will help prevent sun damage).

3. Try adding aloe vera gel directly onto the affected area (this will soothe inflammation). You can also try applying cucumber slices on top of these areas if they seem particularly irritated..
