How To Stop Excessive Eating?

There are various ways people damage their bodies. Many people smoke cigarettes, many people drink alcoholic beverages, and many people consume tobacco products. However, there are many people who also damage their health by eating food in an excessive way. I used to eat food in an excessive way, but now my diet has been restricted by a digestive system issue. However, I still eat in an excessive way and I end up bloating and feeling really bad. I know that my digestive system can no longer handle heavy meals but I still do eat in an excessive way when the food is really delicious. I have lost weight a lot and I plan top go to gym. I do not know if I will crave more food if I join gym because when you exercise, your appetite increases a lot. So, what are some way I can stop eating food excessively? A few tips will be really appreciated. Thanks!
