Getting spam comments on blog posts is one of the major issues bloggers face. If you don't use a spam blocker, it's highly probable that 90 percent of the comments you receive will be spam, with another 8 percent being low-quality comments (like one-liners), leaving only around 2 percent as genuine. Sometimes, genuine comments might even make up less than 1 percent of the total comments you are receiving. You will need to use spam controller plugins and add ons on your blog blogs, you will also have to block certain words on the comment so that they are sent to moderation before appearing on your site.
