For a business to make profit it's must need patronage from people , these people could be called customers clients or consumers depending on the type and category of business involved . Customers , clients , or consumers love being appreciated and when shown appreciation they could spread the news to dear colleagues , relatives , and well-meaning friends which in turn could bring more customer patronage to your business . yet not every business organisation knows how to show appreciation to their customers . Others think it is a waste of time so they concentrate only on collecting the customers or clients income for the services or goods they sold or rendered .
Below are some of the ways business owners and entrepreneurs can show appreciation to their customers for their patronage .

* Write letter : writing of letter to show appreciation is said to be old fashion but still effective . In the letter they must show their gratitude for having such a loyal customer patronizing them for the past years . Such appreciation is usually heartwarming , the letter could be hand written or mailed to the customer .

* Giving gifts : to be more serious on how grateful you are for having such loyal customers patronizing you . You can give gifts to them as a sign of appreciation , one way to do this is by letting them try a first hand special product free of charge .

There I this saying from the wisest book I have ever come across, it say a man's gift paves ways for him. There is somuch our little gift can do in the hearts of people. When it comes to appreciating people for job well done, it always goes a long way to boost their morals and give them more enthusiasm to work even more harder. How much more you decide to say your thank your to your customers by giving them some kind of gift maybe at the end of the year of during any of the festive periods, just to show that you truly appreciate their patronage. This will go a very long way in their hearts and make them more inspired to always come back for more at our business venture.

I have noticed that some people are so ill mannered to the point that they even find it difficult to even complement a customer customer that approaches their shops to buy goods or services from them, let alone say the word thank you to a customer after purchasing item or items from them. This I must say it very bad business personsshould learn to show gratitude to their customers.

For example, when you buy a new car, the dealer will offer you a certain amount of days where if you bring it in for maintenance, they will give you some sort of discount on the maintenance. This is an example of showing your customers that you appreciate their business.

Another way is let them know the worth of your goods.
We all want to be appreciated, and it's important to show your customers that you care. The best way to do this is by letting them know the value of their purchase, in the hope that they'll come back for more.
The only way to do this effectively is with a loyalty program.
