1. Drink Green Tea! Green tea contains antioxidants that can help your body produce collagen and elastin, making you look younger and more radiant.

2. Get A Facial! A professional can use exfoliating products on your face to remove dead skin cells and make you look refreshed.

3. Go For A Swim! If the water is warm enough (not too hot!), it will have an anti-aging effect because of its circulation-boosting properties.

4. Apply Sunscreen! You should wear SPF 15 every day, even if you're just outside for five minutes. And be sure to reapply after swimming or exercising in the sun. the rays can make lines look deeper than they really are!
