There are many ways that we can use to be healthy like eating combination of varieties of nutritious foods like fruits legumes vegetables whole grains and nuts they will help us to be healthy and reduce the risk of you having diseases in the body like a disease cancer diabetes and stroke and we also want to be healthy you have to make sure that they thought that you consume daily is not too much like it is not in excess because when salt is in excess in the body it increases the risk of you developinghigh blood pressure which can increase is and causes chronic diseases in the body like a disease and stroke so like one teaspoon of salt everyday it is okay and also make sure that you reduce the intake of all these high calories food like orange junk food baked and fried foods because they contain high calories which cause high cholesterol in the body and causes obesity which will increase the risk of developing chronic diseases in the body if you also want to be healthy you have to make sure that you avoid drinking all this alcohol and smoking of cigarettes because they causes health problem like mental and behavioural disorder

To be healthy one just need to be eating good food that can help body to be functioning very well.
To make the whole body okay one just need to be running away from any thing that can make body system to be malfunctioning like drinking of alcohol or smoking.
