At times, it is not what we take in that determine our longertivity but our lifestyles. There are some people that I have seen that smoke but are nit contracted with cancer. Why? They do it in a moderate way. There is nothing we do in excess thay won't have negative effect. So living long goes beyond eating vegetable but it has to do with our lifestyles as well. That's my humble submition

You are right about this apart from checking what you eat daily and maybe drink too. One needs to take a look at one's lifestyle. I see people live life like they have another and I marvel at their ignorance. Exposing self to harm or putting self in harm's way. Joining bad gang and being violent

All these things boils down to the point that eating of fruit and vegetable is one of the best way you can live for a longer period of time and also it is not advisable for people to breathe the polluted air of the city that is why must people always have their own house in a countryside where there is no so much pollution...let's be guided and eat responsibly.
 
We should eat diet that are rich in nutrient like fruit and vegetables because they provide a lot of nutrient to the health and we should also engage in exercise as they help to reduce the risk of developing diseases in the body and we should also avoid foods high in calories
