These are all very nice ways to increase the patronage level of one's business. I've noticed that some businesses do not advertise, and this is one of the reasons that contribute to low level of patronage because if no one knows about your business, no one would patrinize you. It is always important to keep the standard of one's business high no matter the situation. In my country, after the covid 19 pandemic, most businesses reduced the quality of goods they manufacture and sell. They claim it was due to the increase in the price of raw materials after the pandemic. This made them lose a lot of customers. It is better to maintain high standards of goods and services and increase the prices of the goods and services. A good way to increase a business patronage level is by have good relationship with customers, if customers are happy with the way you treat them, they would definitely come back.
