How to improve the dignity of your job

There's always dignity in labor no matter the kind of job one may be doing as such no one has the right to look down on the other person because of the role they play at work. When once a job can fetch one money at the end of the day then there's no shame in it This is why you have to add dignity to your job no matter what it is all about.

The following should be done to increase the dignity of your job.

1.Have respect for your job: You need to show ofhers how to respect your job. You don't talk down on your job and expect others to do otherwise. So give it the needed Respect so that others follow suit.

2 Hold it in high esteem: You need to show that you are confident with your job and would always want to work at it. No matter the job you are doing Increase the dignity by feeling good doing it daily

3.Encourage others to join the Job: Let other's see reasons why they should engage in the job as it is nothing to be ashamed of. motivate others to be part of the job and work hard at it Before you know it more people will look at Joining the job too

In a company, many people who already have a good position and a big salary will look down on other people's work, especially the type of work that does not require skills. So if we are in a job position that does not require skills, we need to be patient, show enthusiasm for work, respect others, be indifferent and don't be easily offended.

Yeah you have listed the to do list right. people need to come to terms with the fact that some people can just be rude for nothing. As such if you are being looked down on because of your job you need to keep pushing. it is either you accept it like that and keep pushing or you learn a skill that will give you a better job but don't be offended. just keep on seeing dignity in what you have to offer.
