Online market research: Find out the search volume for your product niche and primary keywords. You need high search volume, low keyword difficulty, and also low CPC rate.

Competitive research: Find out who is ranking high on Google on your niche and keyword, make a short list of SEO strategies you can implement.

Offline market research: Meet real people who are your potential buyers, take their feedback. Do research on your competitors and similar products. Try to find out everything related to pricing, shipping, packaging, product, etc.

Launch your store: Implement the strategies you have shortlisted while doing online market research, competitive research, and offline market research. Distribute your primary keywords across all product pages.
